BREAKFIT is a digital platform focused on developing valuable evidence-based solutions to help busy professionals reduce sedentary time, mitigate chronic disease risk, improve health outcomes and reduce long-term healthcare cost
THE WHY
Sedentarism is an independent cardiovascular health concern not mitigated by routine exercise, hence requires critical attention in the modern workplace. Organisations with limited wellbeing budgets are less likely to offer physical activity initiatives making the challenge even greater
THE VISION
To provide simple, evidence based, effective, adaptable solution for individuals and workplaces where desk-based roles have become the norm. By bridging gaps in sedentary wellbeing support, we aim to tackle this risk disparity for a more active workforce
